Order-Taking service, a component of Phonepower's Virtual Office Services,  is custom-designed to take orders and provide information lines for companies of all sizes, from the one-product startup enterprise to established firms with a full catalog.

Orders can be sent to you by Email or Fax, on a schedule designed to meet your needs.
There's always an "operator standing by", 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All calls are recorded for Security, Training and Verification purposes.  We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all calls, and take extensive efforts to protect these records. Only staff members with authorization to review these records for reasons of security or quality assurance have access to the records. They are not available for review by anyone outside of the Phonepower staff.

DIRECT ENTRY to your Web-Site Order Page (if applicable)
Phonepower® can access your web site during the call to enter order information directly into your data base, eliminating the need for transcription.
Credit Card Authorization
Phonepower® can process credit card authorizations before you even receive the orders.
Fulfillment Service
Phonepower® can mail out brochures or other information the same day the request is received.
Complete Information to your Customers
We'll calculate the total charges, including shipping, handling and taxes as the call is in progress. Your customer will know exactly how much will be charged to their credit card.

Flexible Order Delivery

Your orders can be faxed to you on a pre-determined schedule.  [We do not recommend use of Email to deliver orders, since Email is NOT secure.  We do not want to risk the loss of Credit Card and personal customer information to un-authorized third parties.]

Order Taking and Inbound Telemarketing Service is available to subscribers WORLDWIDE for English-Language callers.  Telephone numbers are available in the United States for either Call-Forwarding or Direct Dialing in the 814 Area Code, as well as Toll-Free numbers using 800, 888, and 877 Area Codes.
